Nerf rival guns exist to mimic a host of weapons from pistols and automatic weapons, to crossbows, bows and arrows, rocket launchers, and a host of nonexistent science fiction weapons. While some parents may disapprove of war games, Nerf rival guns are an excellent and safe way for children (or even adults) to burn energy, get exercise, and burn off those aggressive tendencies we all naturally have. They’re also not particularly capable of property damage, short of perhaps knocking breakable things off of shelves at a close range. This ammunition, while slightly weighted to fly a straight trajectory, has very little tensile strength, making it impossible to actually injure a person or even small animal. Nerf rival guns are various toy projectile weapons which fire foam rubber ammunition. This is not unlike all building block toys being called Lego despite not being made by Lego, or video games being called a “Nintendo” even if it’s a Sony product. However, a wide variety of toys in this same category have come to be known as Nerf rival guns, regardless the actual branding. The light will go out when the steaming has finished. The light will go on, indicating that the machine is working. Place the cover on the steamer securely, making sure that the edges are seated correctly. Adjust the amount of water for brown rice or converted rice as needed according to the Rival booklet.
For regular long grain rice, use 1 cup of water to 1 cup of rice. Place water and rice into the rice bowl according to the recipe included with your steamer. Different amounts of rice require different amounts of steaming water, like 1 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice or 2 1/2 cups of water for 3 cups of rice. Place the specified amount of water into the reservoir at the bottom of the steamer. Unplug the steamer when the light goes out to prevent the steamer from overheating. The light will go out when your food is done. The indicator light will glow while the steamer is working. Plug in the steamer to start the heating and steaming process.
